Apartment reservation:
Booking an apartment through the website means that the client accepts the terms of use of Vinotel Ltd, the cancellation policy, and the staying rules in the apartments.
Payment is by bank transfer or credit card.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation less than 14 days (in July and August) or 7 days (in June and September) before the requested arrival, Vinotal Ltd. will not refund the deposit paid. Otherwise, an amount equal to the price for 1 night will be deducted from the deposit and the balance will be refunded (bank charges are at the customer’s expense).
If it is not possible to accommodate the client in the apartment booked, Vinotal Ltd reserves the right to accommodate the client in another similar apartment.
Tourist tax:
The tourist tax is payable on the day of check-in. This is a one-off fee of EUR 6 for adults and EUR 3 for children.
Deposit:
A deposit of between 100 and 200 euros ( depending on the apartment) is to be paid when staying in a Vinotol apartment.
The deposit is a guarantee for the conscientious use of the apartment and its property. It is refundable upon check-out in whole or in part if there is damage to the apartment and/or the property therein.
Terms of use of the apartments:
The price includes accommodation and free use of the Internet / Wi-Fi /
The use of the beach and the parking lot is charged extra.
Check-in is after 14.00.
The premises must be vacated by 12.00.
For additional stay, if possible, extra charge: up to 2 / two / hours – 50 BGN.,
Please take care of the furnishings of the apartments and use them only as intended!
Please observe the internal rules of the complex!
For your safety, please use all electrical appliances carefully!
Upon check-in, you must register at the reception of Oasis Vip Club.
Responsibility:
Vinotol Ltd. is not responsible for customers’ belongings in case of theft, fire, or other situations of a criminal nature!
